1. Service description
This website has been created and is operated by Beijing Easy Accommodation
Real Estate Agency Co., Ltd. We act as an intermediate between accommodation
(service apartments; private apartments; hotels) and customer
in order to provide our customer with the possibility to search and
book accommodation online. Our service is based on the information
provided by hotels and landlords and verified by our staffs.
2. Accommodation types
Beijing Easy Accommodation provides a wide range of accommodation
to meet our customers various needs:
A. Hotel
Beijing Easy Accommodation has established good cooperative partnership
with many three stars and above hotels, so that you can enjoy Apartment
hotel services and facilities with a better price through us.
B. Economical hotel
In order to meet the accommodation requirements of the 2008 Summer
Olympic Games, Beijing, Shanghai and some other China��s cities came
out with a lot of high quality economical hotels, if you want a comfortable
and clean accommodation in a reasonable price, the economical hotel
will be a good choice.
C. Private apartment
Beijing Easy Accommodation has proudly introduced on-line list of
large numbers of private apartments in different style, layout and
district; most of them are provided by the property owners or by property
agencies. All the properties are fully furnished with the high quality
furniture and upmarket electrical appliance etc. You can select the
preferred apartment according to your stay.
D. Service Apartment:
Serviced apartment belongs to building developer and is managed by
a company. Service apartment is fully furnished and set with kitchen.
And many of them provide internet connectivity. Kitchens in serviced
apartments are equipped with cooking gas, a refrigerator and microwave
oven. Some even have coffee makers and food processors. Most serviced
apartments provide cooking utensils, cutlery and silverware. You never
have to bring linen or towels to a serviced apartment.
It also has all the amenities we traditionally associate with a
regular hotel. Serviced apartment is secured with guards who are
posted 24X7 and remote cameras are used for surveillance purposes.
TV and direct-dial telephones are also provided. Living at a serviced
apartment feels much like living at home. You don't get the "I
am living in a hotel" feeling when you live in a serviced apartment.
E. Apartment Hotel
Normally, apartment Hotel belongs to and is located in 4-5 Apartment
hotels. It is fully furnished apartment and set with kitchen. Compare
to the hotel room, apartment hotel is not only provided the hotel
service and can use all its facilities but also more spacious and
can cook your own food.
The advantage of Serviced Apartment & Apartment Hotel
Serviced apartments and Apartment Hotel are more spacious allowing
you to literally spread yourself all over the place. The second
most important difference between a Serviced Apartment & Apartment
Hotel and the hotel is that you can cook your own food in a serviced
apartment whenever you choose to do so. This major advantage is
specially a plus for those guests who have special dietary needs
as well as those who have very small children.
3. Booking and Procedure
To make a reservation with Beijing Easy Accommodation on-line, please
see below for different method in completing your reservation:
A. For the hotel and economical hotel, Please use our on-line reservation
system to reserve your hotel, or directly by email or by phone to
reserve. When you make a booking, your confirmation certificate
will be email or fax to you within 24 hour. This will be the confirmation
of your booking. If the confirmation does not reach you within 48
hours after you submit your booking, please contact us by email
or phone. You do not need to pay any fees in advance; you only need
to provide your credit card information to complete reservation.
Please show the reservation confirmation certificate to the hotel
reception at the time of check-in and submit payment to the hotel
directly.
B. For the private apartment and service apartment. Please
directly by email or by phone to reserve your property. When you
book private apartment or service apartment, you need to pay
15%--20% of your total payment in advance as the reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit will be deducted from your total payment
at check-in. The payment methods will be stated in the reservation
agreement.
4. Cancellation
A. For hotel and economic hotel, if the reservation is cancelled
48 hours before the check-in date, no fee will be charged.
If cancellation is cancelled later than 48 hours, hotel will charge
the first night.
B. For private apartment or service apartment, if you cancel
your reservation, your 15%--20% reservation deposit will not be refunded. |
