Answer: After you select the hotel and dates of your stay, click "Next" and the prices will be displayed for the available rooms.
Question: Where can I find the hotel’s telephone number and/or email address?
Answer: After you completed a booking, the address, telephone/fax number and email address are provided in the reservation confirmation email.
Question: For the private apartment and service apartment, is the price per property or per person? Answer: The price is for the property, please notice that we have stated the limitation of the number of guest who can stay in each property.
Question: How can I cancel or change my reservation?
Answer: Please send email to us 48 hours in advance for any changes or cancellation; please include your reservation number, which is list on the reservation confirmation mail.
Question: Is breakfast or meal included in the private apartment
or service apartment?
Answer: No.
Question: "Is there a lift/elevator?"
Answer: Yes. All of our private apartment and service
apartments are with lift/elevator.
Question: "Can I bring a pet?" Answer: No.
Question: "Can I reserve an airport pick-up service?" Answer: Yes, but it is charged service.
Question: "How do I pay?" Answer: If you booked the hotel, please show the reservation confirmation to the hotel reception at the time of check-in and submit payment to the hotel directly.
If you booked the private apartment or service apartment, you need to pay 15% of your total payment in advance as the reservation deposit. The reservation deposit will be deducted from your total payment at check-in. The payment methods will be stated in the reservation agreement.
Question: "How can I secure my booking?"
Answer: For the hotel booking, you will receive reservation
confirmation for secure your booking; for the residential and service
apartment booking, your need sign a Reservation Agreement and pay
the requested payment to secure your booking and the reservation confirmation
will be provided.
Question: How should I check in the private apartment
or the service apartment?
Answer: For the private apartment, the apartment
owner or our staff will greet you personally upon your arrival and
orient you into your neighborhood and your apartment; For the Service
apartment, please show your reservation confirmation for the check
in at the reception.
Question: Is there any tour service?
Answer: Site seeing tours can be discussed and
arranged whenever you need.
